Private practice has an opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join their property department offering agriculture legal services. Recognised for their range of services to commercial and HNW individuals, the ambitious firm is looking to expand its existing group with an experienced lawyer offering approximately 2 to 6 years PQE. The team provides an extensive range of services across the sector for clients including farmers, large rural landowners. The role is for a suitably qualified lawyer to deal with a varied caseload of non-contentious matters relating to agricultural property including sales & purchases, landlord & tenant, sporting rights, rights of way & easements and covenants. Previous experience is essential it is anticipated at least 2 years, together with good commercial awareness and an enthusiasm for business development. Competitive salary will be negotiable depending on your experience.
