AGRICULTURAL SOLICITOR - TAUNTON

At present, a unique opportunity exists for an Agricultural Solicitor to work within a specialist team that possesses comprehensive experience on working with agricultural issues and the specialist knowledge to offer informed advice in this field of work.
You will be responsible for advising clients such as farmers, contractors, agricultural supply companies, landowners, tenants, share farmers and farming companies and be given the opportunity to handle a varied and busy caseload.
Individual cases might include farming contract disputes, faming partnerships, agricultural tenancies, notices to quit, succession, agricultural land tribunal, arbitrations, quota and single payment issues, animal health, contract farming, share farming, farm sales and purchases, prosecutions/defence and boundary, covenant and easement issues.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within agricultural law with a non-contentious background and the ability to market and expand the current client base. With previous experience in and knowledge of rural and commercial property law, you will be perfectly places to command this challenging role.
