Bath/ Contentious Agricultural assistant Solicitor/ 0-2yrs experience Our client provides a balanced portfolio of commercial, agricultural and private client services in well-defined markets by specialist lawyers. With 4 office and nearly 400 staff, at present they have a vacancy within their Agricultural department for a Solicitor to join their team in Bath. The firm is looking to expand its Agricultural Department which is nationally recognised for its advise on farming, land-owning and agri-businesses on all aspects of agricultural law and matters affecting land-ownership. The purpose of the role is to provide support to associates on large cases as well as dealing with their own case load. The candidate will also assist the Agricultural Team as a whole on a wide variety of marketing and business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a 0-2 years Solicitor with pervious experience preferably from a contentious environmental and planning law background, including the following areas; 1.The planning enforcement regime 2.Judicial Review and High Court Challenges 3.Waste and Pollution offences 4.Statutory Nuisance This role is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their Agricultural career and offers an attractive salary package.
