Our client, a reputable firm with several offices throughout the south, currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Solicitor to join their Non-Contentious Agriculture team based in Bath. A suitable candidate may be newly qualified (having undertaken a seat in Non-Contentious Agriculture) or will have up to approximately four years recent relevant experience dealing with non-contentious agricultural issues. The role will be: 1. To provide support to a partner on large cases as well as dealing with his/her own case load of sale and acquisition of farms and large estates. 2. Dealing with Single Payment Scheme issues arising out of 1. above and also possibly free-standing issues subject to the individual's expertise and interest in this area. 3. Drafting and advising on Farm Business Tenancies and dealing with Agricultural Holding Act Tenancies. 4. Dealing with re-mortgages. 5.
