The chosen candidate will join this firm's vibrant city centre office and will become a document production specialist within the document production team.
This team's objective is to provide an efficient service to the firm's associates in order to allow them to deliver quality documents to their clients.
The duties of the role will include, inputting and amending complex technical documents, working from precedents, copy typing new documents, scheduling of deeds and transcription of digital dictation as well as creating PowerPoint presentations, making amendments to existing documents and coaching new members of the team.
This role requires a highly organised individual who has the ability to prioritise their own workload and who enjoys the challenge of working to deadlines.
A high level of IT literacy is essential with typing speeds of 60 words per minute plus, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.

Working hours will be Monday - Friday, 15:30 - 23:00.
