Our client is ranked in the top tier of both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners directories for its Agricultural property and as part of its succession planning there looking for a senior Property Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience and be a member of a highly regarded property practice. The team advises some of the largest agricultural and landed estates in the southeast on a wide variety of matters, and has an excellent reputation for the quality of its work. ·acquisitions and disposals ·business structures ·environmental issues ·estate management ·planning and development ·sporting ·tax ·landlord and tenant You will be looking to join a firm with a clear route to partnership with secure sources of challenging work. Whilst agricultural property experience would be helpful it is not essential. You will be accustomed to dealing with clients at a senior level and have a track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships.
