If you are commercial property solicitor interested in work / life balance and an easier commute to work, this is the opportunity for you. A large commercial law firm that is not based in the centre of Liverpool or Manchester but that competes with them is looking to recruit.
The firms commercial property team consists of 3 partners, a senior associate and 2 other solicitors. It currently undertakes a range of matters from development work to Landlord & Tenant. The firm is on the panel of 2 major banks and is looking to increase its panel memberships and therefore the quality of the work.
There are excellent career possibilities for the right candidate, including a speedy route to partnership. The department is very entrepreneurial so you will be keen to network and bring in clients. Those applicants with existing work to bring (of any amount) will be looked upon very favorably.
