Opportunity for a commercial property solicitor at a L500 firm in Cheshire. Good quality work, remuneration and prospects all without having to work in a city centre.
The role will include a mixed bag of L & T, acquisitions and disposals and some development work. You will be looking to hit the ground running both in terms of undertaking the existing work and also looking at other sources of work by developing existing and/ or new clients.
Any candidate is able to bring some work with them will be looked upon very favorably.
The role is located in Cheshire there would be commutable from centers such as Chester, Liverpool, Manchester etc.
