Our client has four offices housing 65 Partners and over 300 lawyers. They are a full service firm offering advice in all major areas of legal practices. They have proactively developed their practice and as a result they have doubled in size and turnover in the last four years.
Our client currently seeks an agricultural property solicitor with at least three years recent relevant experience to join the private Property and Agriculture team based in Southampton.
The role will involve dealing with all non contentious issues relating to agricultural property including sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, sporting rights, rights of way and easements and covenants.
Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. They will be a team player with a strong client focused approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills.
