Location: Exeter
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000
Our client is a Leading regional firm within the South west who is currently seeking an Agricultural Solicitor to join their prestigious team.
Good working knowledge of:
Property transactions involving farms and farm buildings
Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
Easements and Licenses
Taxation (IHT & CGT) relating to farms and farmers
Single Farm Payments/Entitlements
Country matters in general and farms and farming in particular
Optional Criteria
Matters involving the Agricultural Land Tribunal and Arbitrations under the Agricultural Holdings Act
