Agricultural and Landed Estates Solicitor
Location: Exeter
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000
Our client has an excellent reputation within the region and would now like to expand the already well established Agricultural Sector Group by the recruitment of a practitioner with substantial expertise in agricultural and landed estates law.
This is a unique opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing and successful UK law practices and significantly contribute to the growth and success of the firm and this work sector
You will be project managing the growth of the sector and working with colleagues and clients to build the profile of the firm in this area
We are looking to recruit a practitioner with substantial experience in this field and ideally, a national or regional profile to help successfully grow the sector
As this is an expanding area of the firm's practice, the ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and colleagues is paramount, as is the ability to demonstrate evidence of successful business development
Strong project management skills are also required as the successful candidate will need to be organised, with lateral thinking skills and an eye for detail to be able to drive this new initiative to success
It is expected that the successful candidate will steer the Agriculture Sector Group in the future which will require the successful candidate to be highly capable of motivating and encouraging a team to provide excellent client service and be a strategic thinker to develop the sector further
