Our client is a successful firm with an eye firmly on monopolising upon its success and growing the business in its key market areas. It already boasts a successful Agricultural and Landed Estates department and is looking to this area as being key to its plans moving forward.
You will be guaranteed lots of client contact and you'll get the chance to support other offices in locations both in the regions and in London.
Recent projects have included the sale of several high value country estates and houses dealing with tenancy surrenders. Acting for a West Country estate in an option and average deal with Tesco Stores Acting for public authorities in the sale of their banks of farms and farmlands. The sale and purchase of several thousand acres of farms and farmlands. The design of schemes to investigate CGT and IHT on estate and farmland Planning and green energy and environmental legal advice.
All in all there's plenty to keep you busy and the firm offers excellent salaries and benefits.
