Commercial & Agricultural Solicitor
Location: Truro
Salary: £30,000 - £50,000
We are currently recruiting for a Top 500 rated legal practice who require a Commercial and Agriculture Solicitor.
Experience:
Property transactions involving farms and farm buildings
Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
Easements and Licenses
Taxation (IHT & CGT) relating to farms and farmers
Single Farm Payments/Entitlements
Country matters in general and farms and farming in particular
Working knowledge of matters involving the Agricultural Land Tribunal and Arbitrations under the Agricultural Holdings Act would be beneficial
