COMMERCIAL & AGRICULTURAL LAWYER - CORNWALL
Leading south West Legal 500 firm has a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial & Agricultural lawyer to join their team in Cornwall
Essential Criteria
Solicitor
An individual who is client friendly, proactive and hard working
A good working knowledge of:-
·Property transactions involving farms and farm buildings
·Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
·Easements and Licenses
·Taxation (IHT & CGT) relating to farms and farmers
·Single Farm Payments/Entitlements
·Country matters in general and farms and farming in particular
Optional Criteria
Working knowledge and experience of matters involving the Agricultural Land Tribunal and Arbitrations under the Agricultural Holdings Act
The successful applicant will join the Business and Public Sector Group and will primarily work with partners in the Commercial and Agricultural teams.
