This is a new and exciting role for a Solicitor to join a leading law firm and utilise their agricultural skills. You will have gained a good working knowledge of:
Property transactions involving farms and farm buildings
Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies
Easements and Licenses
Taxation (IHT & CGT) relating to farms and farmers
Single Farm Payments/Entitlements
Country matters in general and farms and farming in particular
You will work as part of a successful group of lawyers spread across the firm's offices.
