This strong regional firm has an established and nationally recognised practice in commercial property work, particularly in agricultural property. They now want to appoint a capable lawyer to undertake a broad range of property work, acting in particular for private clients, including substantial landed estates and high net worth farmers. Candidates will either have specific expertise in agricultural property work or, alternatively, good general commercial property experience together with the enthusiasm to apply this expertise to the property portfolios of private clients; and training can be given in this respect. This will be a highly stimulating and rewarding role and potentially a fantastic opportunity to develop a new specialism for existing commercial property lawyers. Newly qualified solicitors in September 2008, together with solicitors at all levels, will be considered and are invited to apply.
