Trainee Probate Case Handler
Location: Bristol
Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK leading Law firms as a Probate Assistant. Your role will be to assist Team Leaders and Case Handlers in effectively running Probate and Estate Administration files. Our client provides an excellent training scheme with a Local University with a view to progressing your career into a senior position of Case Handler.
If you are looking to get into a legal environment this a great opportunity as personal progression is actively encouraged.
A background in pensions, insurance, financial sector, accountancy or a law firm in a non-probate role would be beneficial
Responsibilities:
To assist Case Handlers of all levels to administer the estates of clients
Must be flexible, possessing the ability to adapt to changing priorities and varied decision-making scenarios
No direct supervisory or financial responsibility
Skills:
Degree Qualified would be beneficial
GCSE Including Mathematics and English and A-levels or equivalent would be beneficial
IT and word processing skills, ability to work in a desktop self-sufficient environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Have an eye for detail coupled with the ability to think laterally
