Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an experienced Wills, Trust & Probate Solicitor on behalf of our renowned client situated in Birmingham.
Based within the city centre, our client has evolved into one of the most forward thinking law practices in the area. With memberships and affiliations with various conglomerates, our client is now in a unique position to give its clients’ unique access to various legal services throughout Europe, which provides a comprehensive personal service to their private clients’ based in Birmingham and further a-field.
This position requires an experienced Professional who has the ability to retain existing clients with the highest integrity while having a proactive and successful approach in obtaining new clientele.
The Successful applicant will have a minimum of 3+ years UK PQE in Wills, Trust & Probate. Applicants should have sound working knowledge of drafting wills, general probates, setting up and administering trusts, and elderly client work including Enduring Powers of Attorney. Average IT literacy and the ability to deliver a high standard of client care are essential for this role.
