Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking an Experienced Corporate Solicitor with a minimum 2+ years PQE on behalf of our highly established client in Birmingham.

The successful applicant will be well versed in the area of Corparte Law with a minimum of 2+ year’s PQE. The ideal applicant will have a background and interest in the charity/social housing and not for profit sector. The role will be providing a comprehensive service to Registered Social Landlords, charities as well as the Not for Profit sector clients. The work will involve group structures, mergers, rule changes, charitable formation/conversions and company law advice. The applicant will also be involved with stock transfer and PFI projects.

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience + excellent benefit package.
