On behalf of our well-established and expanding Birmingham city client, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting an experienced UK Employment Solicitor to join the firm’s Employment department with Salaried Partner offerings for the right applicant.

This successful midlands law firm is situated in the heart of the business district and is renowned for providing an extensive range of legal services to corporate, commercial and High net worth private clients.

The sucessful applicant will be given first-rate opportunities which will combine the perfect balance between supervision and autonomy which in turn will ensure you will continue to evolve and develop within the firm’s strategic growth plans.

Applicants should have a minimum of 9 years PQE combined with a high level of experience in all aspects of UK Employment Law and be extremely career-driven.

This role requires a professional Solicitor to continue developing this already busy part of the firm with full career progression and partnership offerings assured for the perfect applicant.

Current Employment Law Partners are encouraged to apply as this will fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.

Duties include:

* Undertaking a variety of employment legal work as required
* Assisting with the development of the department
* Assisting in marketing the services of the firm and department.

The successful applicant will have:

* A min of 9 years PQE in UK Employment Law.
* An in-depth knowledge and proven track record in U.K Employment Law
* A client following is beneficial to ‘Hit the Ground Running’
* Management experience is also beneficial but not essential.

Salary – Up to £100,000 - Negotiable (dependent upon skills and experience)

Start Date - ASAP
