On behalf of our exceptional client, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Family law Solicitor to join this very well established legal practice based in the idyllic coastal regions of Dorset.
An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Family Solicitor to help assist in continuing to build this department in-line with the current expansion of the whole organisation. Upon settling into the family department, you will handle your own caseload and become engaged in the marketing of the department and the firm, you will be encouraged to build up existing caseloads, as well as assisting in further developing the departments ever growing clientele base.
Due to the firms established success, the firm is also committed to ongoing career development of all its employees and provides ongoing support and training to ensure its valued staff stays ahead of any developing changes.
The ideal applicant will have:
* 4+yrs PQE in UK Family Law
* Good experience in all areas of Family Law, from co habitation disputes, Children Act and domestic violence, pre-marital/living together arrangements and Deeds of Separation, through negotiation or litigation.
* Excellent client liaison / interpersonal skills (verbal and written), tact and diplomacy are essential.
The firm is offering a very competitive Salary and Benefits package which is openly negotiable depending upon previous experience and expectations.
Salary will also be reviewed on an annual basis.
Start Date: ASAP
All applicants must be living in the U.K at time of application, and be eligible to work full time and without restriction in the U.K.
