Job Description

Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking Commercial Partner with a minimum 5+ years PQE on behalf of our highly established client based in the Reading / Thames Valley area.

The successful applicant will have significant experience in Commercial contracts / projects and related contract law. Have direct experience of heavy weight contract negotiations with leading law firms, experience in assisting on corporate transactions, as well as having experience of leading and teams on exercises ranging from major projects to large scale commercial due diligence cases.

Role:

* Be Responsible for the day to day management of the Commercial department
* Dealing with all aspects of Commercial contract work incl. drafting, agency, outsourcing projects, public private partnerships, commercial joint ventures etc
* Provide training and direction to colleagues within the department
* Marketing the services of the department and firm

Salary: Up to Ł80,000 pa (Negotiable depending upon experience) + excellent benefit package.
