Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a private client solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE on behalf of our well established client based in the Gloucestershire area.
This dynamic law firm has developed to become one of the largest firms in Gloucestershire and provides comprehensive legal advice to high net worth private and commercial clients in and around Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
This rare opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join the firms P.C dept and to help further develop the department’s rapid growth. This progressive and respected law firm provides an extensive range of legal advice and services to corporate, commercial and private clients and regards this as an important strategic appointment in the continuing expansion of the firm's already successful business.
Due to the responsibility of the position, the successful applicant will have extensive cross sector legal experience dealing in such areas as Wills & Probate, Tax and Trusts and will be comfortable in dealing with a broad range of clients.
Ideally the firm is looking for a Solicitor who is looking for a serious stepping stone to partnership as a long term career with the firm will lead to a partner offering for the right applicant.
Applicants will have:
* An extensive proven background dealing with all Private Client matters.
* A broad knowledge and proven track record of employment in U.K legal areas such as Wills & Probate, Tax & Trusts.
Duties include
* Undertaking legal work as required
* Developing the Private client department
* Marketing the services of the department and firm
Salary – £45,000 - £60,000 + Commission (Awarded to reflect experience, skills, clients and expectations).
Start Date - ASAP
