Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking Company Commercial Senior Solicitor/ Partner with a minimum 6+ years PQE on behalf of our highly established client based in Surrey.
The successful applicant will have significant experience in Company Commercial and / or Corporate Law and would have ideally gained experience in a large Regional or city law firm. You will be reporting directly to the Senior Partner and will have an input in the continual development of this successful practice as a whole.
This will be a role of great flexibility which will enable the successful applicant to mould and structure a department around proven skills and previous commercial discipline experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to have full autonomy in developing and growing a department from inception.

Role:
* Be responsible for the creation and further development of the Commercial Department
* Dealing with all aspects of Commercial and Corporate matters
* Work closely with the firm’s existing Commercial Property, Litigation and Employment teams.
* Marketing the services of the department and firm
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: High negotiable salary depending upon experience + an excellent rate of 40% commission above target earnings
