Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a Corporate Law Solicitor / Associate with between 3 and 5 years PQE on behalf of our highly established client based from their branch based in the Milton Keynes area.

The successful applicant will be well versed in the area of Corporate Law with a minimum of 3+yr PQE to undertake general corporate work with a range of FTSE clients and other large national and local clients. The role will include assisting on and leading management buy-outs/buy-ins, company and business sales and purchases as well as reorganisations.

Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience + excellent benefit package.
