Leading full service law firm are looking for a further solicitor to join their Construction and Technical Contracts department which has just been reviewed upwards in the Chambers 2008 listings! The Department has a roughly equal split of contentious and non-contentious work and works for a wide range of clients from developers such as Urban Splash, also Peel Holdings, Bardsley construction, GMPTE to smaller SMEs.
They are specialist construction and engineering lawyers, operating in the mainstream construction and engineering industries and in key specialist sectors. Acknowledged by clients and peers for 'the quality of work and lawyers on offer`. they cover the entire life cycle of a construction or engineering project from cradle to grave and will offer advice and practical assistance on any aspect of construction law:
· Dispute resolution
· PFI/PPP
· Partnering/Alliance
· Contract Choice
· Risk Management
· Procurement Advice
Candidates should be qualified solicitors with excellent academics and significant experience in construction and technical contracts law.
