COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER - MANCHESTER Our Client, an international law firm and ranking amongst the top 100 global law firms, is currently looking for a commercial litigation lawyer to join their Manchester Dispute Resolution and Litigation Group. The successful candidate will ideally have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice. They must be also be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development. You will join a team who have worked with some reputable clients including private equity houses, banks and financial institutions, Government Departments, construction companies, on some highly complex cases. They believe that ˇ they provide certainty and give their clients control of the litigation process. ˇtheir forensic accounting analysis is communicated through decision trees (using weighted average risk/reward analysis) incorporating project management and budget data. ˇthey represent their clients' interests with commitment and determination but never lose sight of our clients' commercial needs and objectives. They also have a leading reputation with £3 billion of disputes under their management last year.
