REAL ESTATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SOLICITOR - MIDDLESEX
Progressive 32 partner mid-tier firm seeks Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor 5 - 7 yrs PQE to be one of a team of 4 solicitors focusing on real estate dispute resolution managing own caseload and assisting in more complex matters. Must have a good working knowledge of the CPR and their application to the dispute resolution process. As a clear and concise communicator, with strong analytical skills, will identify the key issues in a dispute, assess the strengths and weaknesses of the client's case at an early stage and advise the client how best to achieve his/her objectives. The firm has invested heavily in its IT infrastructure and proficiency in this area is essential. Must have a good academic track record and 5-7 years PQE gained within a City or large or mid-tier regional firm within real estate dispute resolution, be experienced in dealing with landlord and tenant disputes, land disputes, building disputes and dilapidations and have experience of dealing with own matters, have had direct client contact including advising on the law and tactics, and be developing own style as a litigator. Good negotiating skills are essential.
