Job Description

Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently seeking a private client solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE on behalf of our well established client in Kent.

This dynamic law firm currently employees around 200 staff and has developed to become one of the best known law firms in the area providing comprehensive legal advice to high net worth private and commercial clients both in the UK and abroad.

Due to the responsibility of the position, the successful applicant must have extensive cross sector legal experience dealing in such areas as Wills & Probate, Tax and Trusts and be comfortable in dealing with a broad range of clients.

The sucessful applicant will also be required to have an existing client base and case load to help 'hit the ground running'. Partnership offerings are assured for the right applicant and will be awarded on skills, experience, client base and leadership qualities.

Applicants will have:

* An extensive proven background dealing with all Private Client matters.
* A broad knowledge and proven track record of employment in U.K legal areas such as Wills & Probate, Tax & Trusts.

Duties include

* Undertaking legal work as required
* Developing the Private client department
* Marketing the services of the department and firm

Salary - Up to Ł100,000 + Commission (Awarded to reflect experience, skills, clients and expectations).

Start Date - ASAP
