On behalf of one of London’s oldest and most respected law firm’s, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently recruiting an experienced Trusts & Probate Legal Executive for the firm’s private Client Department

This rare opportunity has just arisen for an experienced Legal Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years experience working with Trusts and Probate to join one of London’s oldest and most Prestigious law firms.

For this role, applicants will need to be mid or fully qualified Legal Executives with a provable history of dealing with the Administration of Estates & Trusts.

General Duties but not limited to

• Dealing with the Administration of Estates & Trusts and providing support to the team and Head of the Private Client Department / Equity Partner.
• Involved in preparing wills and Estate Planning.
• Client development & marketing.
• Adhering to the firm’s policies and procedures.

Essential Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 2/3 years Probate & Trust experience essential
• A good attention to detail
• Good typing speeds
• A well organised team player
• Able to work effectively under pressure / meet tight deadlines
• Able to adapt to new technologies and working methods
• Professional & confident approach
• Enthusiastic, friendly and helpful
• Pro-active and able to use initiative
• Good communicator

Salary and Benefits

• Salary £35,000 - £40,000 pa
• 25 Days Holiday (increases 1 day per annum up to 30 days)
