We are currently working with a leading insurance company (FTSE 250) who are looking to recruit a confident litigation lawyer ideally with knowledge of the TMT market. The right candidate will provide a premier claims service to some of the leading Global TMT companies and will work on a number of key accountants. The candidate will handle and manage claims that are underwritten by this firm and you will have extensive experience of:
• Claims investigation
• Negotiation of settlements
• Instructing and managing external counsel
• Being able to feedback to management by producing quarterly risk management reports
In addition to the above role you will be involved in drafting policy and will be required to attend renewal meetings so this position may involve some overseas travel. The right candidate will have a confident manner and will be able to service a demanding client base in an efficient and assertive manner.
