You will ideally have 12 or more months experience undertaking personal injury/insurance work in additional to a broader range commercial caseload including nuisance, fires, floods, damage to buildings, subrogated claims, restitution, product liability, contractual disputes, breach of warranty and indemnity claims, insurance coverage and serious personal injury.
