In-house Employment Lawyer Lancashire An in-house employment lawyer is required to join our client's advocacy and employment services division. You will be required to undertake high profile and complex tribunal case work by providing sound legal opinion on more complex cases and be capable of imparting that opinion in a concise and client friendly way. The role will also require you to provide specialist advice on tribunal proceedings, to conduct a small caseload of high profile complex respondent case work and to research employment law issues and prepare briefing documents on new legislation and significant case law and to act as a senior legal advisor within the Employment Services on major case matters. There will be training courses for advocates and consultants, requiring the successful applicant to act as a mentor for advocates throughout this development stage and to assist with the design of training courses as well as undertaking any other reasonable management request. Therefore, to be successful in this role you will need an excellent background in employment law, a proven and extensive track record of conducting complex respondent cases, a sound commercial knowledge and strong client- facing skills.
