The work could suit either a specialist or generalist, the team has advised on substantial multi-jurisdictional freezing orders; three-way disputes between funds, investment managers and custodians; breach of confidentiality, international succession disputes; insolvency and all manner of heavy commercial, common law and civil litigation. It also has particular experience in human rights' law. Our client is at the forefront of Guernsey dispute resolution. Their highly successful Litigation team is an important focus of the firm's practice and the firm has been involved in the majority of the leading cases in Guernsey in recent years.
