Our client is a dynamic and globally recognised law firm based in London with a client base of some of the world's leading companies.
The currently have an exciting job for an IP Litigation Solicitor to join their team in London. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate relevant regulatory healthcare experience in a legal environment, including litigation experience.
The Regulatory team advises clients on major life cycle management of bio/pharma products, in the context of EU and UK legal frameworks. Contentious work involves handling disputes with the regulatory authorities as well as the generic companies. The team works closely with other departments, i.e., Commercial IP, Commercial Litigation and IP Patent Litigation.
