DISPUTE RESOLUTION LAWYER - LONDON CITY
International commercial law firm has a vacancy in their international Dispute Resolution Practice for a Dispute Resolution Lawyer 3 + PQE.
The International Dispute Resolution Practice consists of lawyers located across Europe and in Asia who are skilled in providing risk management and corporate governance advice in addition to running all forms of dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration and ADR. The group is experienced in running both national disputes and complex multi-jurisdictional disputes as well as providing strategic advice on the pros and cons of resolving a dispute in one jurisdiction over another.
The team are creative problem solvers who will avoid court intervention where possible by seeking early resolution to disputes as well as being fighters and winners when the client and dispute requires us to be. They regularly undertake innovative challenges for new clients when traditional methods of dispute resolution have failed. At all times, the advice we provide is tailored to the client's circumstances and business objectives.
The Group works with clients in some of the most exciting and dynamic sectors in the economy: aviation & aerospace, banking & financial services, communications, e-commerce, information technology, life sciences, media and sport.
Looking for mid level candidates with excellent academics and experience of working in an established Dispute Resolution team.
