COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Leading Legal 500 firm seeks Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join Dispute Resolution team, dealing with Financial Dispute Resolution
Must have previous similar experience in a city firm and good academics - minimum 2:1 degree, have good communication and interpersonal skills and be a team player.
The team advise on all forms of financial services dispute, both in front of the regulator and in private litigation. These include disputes relating to:
FSA issues
Market abuse
Insider dealing
Breach of listing rules
Breach of conduct
Compliance failings
Breach of contract
Mis-selling
Misrepresentation
Breach of fiduciary duties
Network disputes.
