Commercial Litigation Solicitor / 3-6yrs pqe / International Flavour / Arbitration / London City
Our client is a city based commercial legal practice. The firm is a market leader in the IP and technology sector and acts for many major international corporations.
They currently have an exciting job for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor of 3-5 years pqe to work in their Dispute Resolution team.
The successful candidate will be working on a varied load of commercial litigation cases with a strong international flavour. You will need to have a strong academic background and experience of advising on fraud, financial services, contractual matters or arbitration would be an advantage.
Their Commercial Disputes lawyers handle disputes and investigations covering the entire spectrum of business disputes including: antitrust/competition law, banking and financial services law, breach of contract, company law and financial services, complex tort, class actions and group litigation, debt and asset recovery, defamation, media and advertising law, fraud and asset tracing, insolvency, international trade and commodity disputes, IT and technology disputes, partnership disputes, product liability, professional negligence, property disputes and enforcement, regulatory investigation.
