Commercial / Civil Litigation Solicitor 5yrs+ / London City
Our client is a 5 partner practice based in the City who has been in existence over 30 years. They currently have an exciting job for a Litigation Solicitor to join their team.
The successful candidate will need to have at least 5 years relevant experience handling a wide range of commercial and civil litigation matters. This is a true generalist role and over the year your caseload could include:
- Commercial Disputes
- Breach of Contract
- Intellectual Property
- Insolvency
- Defamation
- Landlord and Tenant
- Debt Collection
- Immigration
The client base is equally varied and the practice handles wide range of business and private law disputes for commercial organisations as well as individuals alone or in groups.
The candidate will be picking up an existing caseload but for true progression opportunities the ability to market and develop your own clients will be an advantage.
This practice is marked by its close working relationships and lack of office politics.
