Team Leader Sales Location: Bristol Salary: Basic £21,000 - £23,000 + £14,000 OTE bonus (£37,000) We are recruiting for a Team Leader to head up a Legal sales team for one of the top Legal Services providers within the UK. The key parts of this role are as follows: Act as a senior point of contact for all queries To manage, develop and assist advisory teams Collect data and statistics for bonus payments and MI Maximise the revenue generated from potential leads Deliver a centre of excellence for customer service and sales Responsibilities: Drive team conversion levels, revenue and overall profitability Manage, coach and motivate a team of Advisors to achieve and exceed pre-defined sales goals and to excel in customer service performance in a busy contact centre environment Developing and improve team skill levels and performance to ensure that customer advice is accurate and product sales are maximised in an appropriate way Continuously improve the sales and customer service culture in the contact centre operation Skills: Team Management Sales Focus Ability to answer complex group questions Leadership and motivation skills
