Job Description

Candidates must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. They will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. They will also have a strong academic background and excellent communication and organisational skills. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career working within our friendly and progressive team. The team acts mainly for individuals but also for businesses engaged in the industry such as financial advisers, stockbrokers, fund managers and the trustees of occupational pension schemes. Their work ranges from compliance and regulatory disputes, insurance disputes, professional negligence, breach of contract and breach of trust claims, and disputes concerning commission claw back and HM Customs & Revenue restrictions. The successful applicant will be expected to undertake financial services qualifications in order to assist in their understanding of the industry.
