Fantastic opportunity has arisen in a large successful Midlands firm for a mid level Employment Solicitor - 3 - 6 years PQE to work from either the Birmingham or Nottingham office.
To support in providing a comprehensive service including
Training and "helpline" advice
Assisting in resolving/avoiding disputes through advising on conduct of internal procedures
Mediation and representation in employment tribunals using innovative arrangements including an insurance-backed annual fee product.
