Construction Litigation Solicitor / Associate Solicitor or Partner (Construction Litigation)
Our client is very much a regional heavyweight and is one of the leading practices in Reading. They currently have an exciting job opportunity for a Construction Solicitor to join their specialist team.
The successful candidate must have a following and experience with construction litigation work is essential, non-contentious experience is also highly desirable
This is a great opportunity to build up a strong specialist construction team to complement the Group's other specialist teams (IT and Property Litigation). The ideal candidate must be eager to build a team and develop this practice area.
The Dispute Resolution group's work covers a wide spectrum of litigation and contentious work. This role will focus on construction related matters. In addition to providing direct advice on a variety of disputes, including contractual, financial and other commercial claims the group provides specialist cross - disciplinary support to other parts of the firm.
