Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Reading / Banking & IT
Our client is one of the leading commercial legal practices in England.
The Reading based Commercial Litigation team has a job for an additional Solicitor at Associate or near Associate level to join their team.
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years' experience as a general commercial litigator. Candidates must have solid commercial litigation experience and be committed to working in the Reading area.
The client base is of high quality and the candidate will be involved on a range of commercial litigation work including:
- Breach of warranty claims relating to company purchases
- IT disputes
- Banking and finance
- General contractual and commercial litigation
It is preferred if experience was gained within a well respected litigation team at a City or large regional firm. The ability to deal with clients at a senior level is essential as is a commitment to marketing and business development initiatives.
This role comes with genuine prospects and candidates who possess supervisory skills to support and mentor other team members will have an advantage.
The role offers training and development opportunities alongside team and Partner support.
