A leading Sheffield city centre law practice require call handlers to work in their office support team. As the business has grown to become one of the top ten legal firms in the UK providing a full range of legal services to private individuals, businesses and other institutions the call centre has expanded significantly. A number of opportunities have arisen within the department for experienced and professional call handlers to provide a high quality service on a full or part time basis. The successful candidate will ideally have proven experience of working in a busy call centre environment and they must also be adept at dealing with a high volume of calls from clients as well as internal departments. Successful post-holders may also be involved in making outbound calls as part of specific strategic projects and initiatives. You must have a genuine interest in delivering exceptional customer service and be willing to continue to develop and improve your skills in this area. It is essential that you must possess a clear, polite, courteous and professional telephone manner. The ideal candidate will have a good standard of education and have the aptitude to learn new skills within a busy and challenging environment. Candidates should possess a willingness to be flexible and it is essential that they have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to portray a confident and professional manner at all times. The hours of work for full time positions are 37.5 hours per week between the hours of Monday - Friday 8.00am to 8.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm on a rota basis.
