Receptionist Manchester - £14,500 Our client is a leading North West law firm and is recognised as being a leader in the social housing field. The key practice areas are housing, commercial property, projects and construction and litigation. This role is to provide assistance and cover for Reception as well as providing administration support to the Administration team. Duties will include assisting the office Receptionist and providing cover where necessary, including providing a polite and professional service as the first point of contact by greeting all visitors to the office including clients of the firm, answering all incoming telephone calls and re-directing to the appropriate employee, taking accurate, clear telephone messages and passing on to the relevant person in a timely fashion, keeping an accurate record of meeting room bookings, undertaking photocopying requests and assisting the Post Room Clerk with the administration of the file archiving and retrieval service. Candidates must have previous office and reception experience, good communication skills both oral and written, have a positive and proactive attitude, be committed and hard working and a strong team player.
