A leading City law firm is looking for an office administrator to assist with all administration duties in their Human Resources department. This is not a step into an HR career as it is a support/ admin role but an interst in HR and previous experience in an HR department would be highly advantageous. This large HR department is looking for a responsible individual with excellent skills to update the HR databases, type correspondence, create files, archive, seek references on candidates, pay all invoices received by the department and assist the senior HR officer in all admin duties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration, preferrably in HR, have a good attention to detail and a high level of PC literacy (word excel and outlook) Hours are 9.30 to 5.30 Please send your Cv today for immediate interview.
