They are seeking a Library Manager to be responsible for the day to day running of the library service Practice wide, providing support to the Practice with budget responsibility, and supervision of a small team. Responsibilities will include all aspects of book acquisition, reviewing current stock to identifying stock shortages, liaising with suppliers and paying invoices, monitoring of the Library's training budget, legal, client current awareness and company research and updates, plan staffing levels within the team and recruit accordingly, attend departmental meetings and create a best practice procedure for the Library Management System. Candidates must be library qualified or equivalent experience in a legal environment, have experience at a supervisory level and it is essential you have good working knowledge of key legal research databases: Westlaw, Lawtel and PLC.
