Enthusiastic and bright Receptionists sought for busy law firm based in Southampton.
2 part-time Receptionists are required to work on a job share basis. The successful candidates will need to be flexible for holiday cover. Main responsibilities will include meeting and greeting clients, taking incoming calls via a switchboard, providing hospitality support and generally ensuring the Reception is run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidates will have previous legal experience (essential), a good level of education, a friendly and helpful disposition, be computer literate with excellent audio typing skills (65 wpm min) and have previous reception and switchboard experience.
Excellent rates of pay! (TE0230/TE0231)
