Job Description

Our client are seeking to appoint an IT Assistant at our London office to help us to meet the day to day requirements of approximately 130 users and assist with longer term projects. Applicants should have strong all round IT skills at intermediate level, preferably including networks, Windows XP, SQL databases, security applications, PC set up and installation and MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience of case management systems, workflow applications and remote network access would be an advantage but are not essential. In addition, applicants must be flexible and reliable, with good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Ideally we are seeking someone who has or is in the process of obtaining a formal IT qualification along with some practical experience of IT support in a business environment. However, formal IT qualifications are not essential, and we welcome applications from those without such qualifications who can demonstrate that they have gained the necessary skills through practical experience. The Salary will be up to 30K
